How stress mood cards work?

When you're stressed, your fingers become cooler. That's because your blood is rushing to your muscles and heart to prepare you for 'fight or flight'. Relax, and your hands become warmer as blood flows freely once more. The stress square on the mood card registers the changes in temperature, and thus tells you how stressed you are. Stress squares/mood cards are as accurate as a medical thermometer for testing stress.

Specification and cost

Business cards are 85mm by 55mm, or 90 by 50mm, matt or gloss laminated on both sides for long life, with a 12.7mm square LCD biofeedback square attached. We can also produce A6 size postcards. If the card doesn’t have enough room to get your message across ask us to attach them to an A5 leaflet - the card can be removed and retained once the leaflet has been read! Be creative with your artwork – or let our expert team of designers take care of that for you!. Just leave a space for the LCD square and a key for how to use the card. Many companies put the square on the front side with the key on the reverse. Standard delivery 28 days, but faster delivery is possible. Ask for details.
